What I Do

I specialize in coaching everyday Joes and Janes to do resistance training, also known as strength training or weight training.

Some Of The Tools That You Will Use At Home, After Coaching Sessions In My Studio

You and I will use my professional resistance training equipment in my studio, and for homework (Yes, you will be getting homework!), you will use the following equipment

My Power Twister offers significant resistance and a variety of movements and isometric holds to keep workouts interesting and make gains. 

You will get some strength training reps in without a full gym routine. Get a killer chest workout, a punishing deltoid, back, and shoulder workout, and build your biceps.

You will do effective isometric exercises for arms and improved shoulder strength to increase stability, injury recovery and prevention, reduce pain, and enhance physical function.

My Total Toner device is geared for both male and female. It is excellent arm and leg workouts as well as inner thigh and hip exercises. It is specially designed to strengthen legs, arms, buttocks, back, core, calves, triceps, glute and abs.

It’s easy to use with different movements for different body parts. Ladies will have the benefit of shaping hip line effectively as well as strengthening the pelvic floor. It corrects the pelvic bone and tightens the hip circumference through muscle strength. It’s helpful for postpartum recovery and pelvic floor muscle repair.

It is very versatile and is great for home-based strength training. Anyone can use it for daily exercise – not just ladies!
